With the help of Tibetan sound bowls and gongs, we can provide support with the energy of vibrations, to retune ourselves to the present, to the feeling of unity and harmony, in which we can set and realize our goals without holding back forces.
With healing instruments, we can clean the channels and nodes of our energy system and harmonize our chakras.
Comfortable clothing is recommended, and if you prefer to use your own, a yoga mat, blanket and pillow.
