With my KATango looper improvisation project, I have performed in front of an audience many times, but this is the first time that I am performing an independent concert.
For me, the strings of the violin are the strings of the soul. It can convey vibrations that cannot be expressed in words.
I invite to you, to gift each other with our presence and attention.
MOMENT ART – TRADITION AND REBIRTH
I came from classical music through tango to the modern sound world.
Tango is one of the most important areas of my musical activity, but it is not exclusive. The looping technique opened new doors for me in several genres. The looper, which records and plays back individual sections of music, allows the musician to play along with his own previous performance in one person, live, yet in several parts. This, combined with improvisation, opens up a very broad perspective. For events with different moods, by tuning in to the theme and environment, he can create an unrepeatable musical environment tailored to the occasion.
Since my KATango music is based on improvisation, it is greatly influenced by the environment and atmosphere, so the participants have a significant role in the development of the evening’s music.
