Sound-bath and Trans-drumming on the free Open day of the Art’s Harmony Studio!
We look forward to seeing you 12/09/2020 on Saturday from 11:00 to 21:00!
On the 12th of September, starting at 11.00 am, we are waiting for all those who are interested, young and old – children, adults, young and old together or separately for a taste cavalcade of art, where everyone can find something to their liking!
Taste it, choose from our programs that Studio regularly serves for culture lovers.
SOUL-STRINGS / SOUND BATH from 12:45
Come, tune in, tune yourself again, move in harmony towards your goals.
Comfortable clothing is recommended, and bring Polyfoam, pillows, blankets (if you want to use your own) so you can comfortably let go.
SOUL-STRINGS / TRANS DRUMMING from 13:30
Try yourself with drumming along with breathing practice. If you have an instrument and want to use your own, bring a drum, yoga mat or polyfoam, eye mask or shawl and take yourself to the experience. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
