With the help of Tibetan sound bowls and gongs, we can give support with the energy of the vibrations, we can help to tune ourselves to the present moment, to the feeling of unity and harmony, in which we can set up and realize our goals without retraction forces.
We can use healing instruments to clear the channels and nodes of our energy system, to align our chakras.
Comfortable clothing is recommended, and if you prefer to use your own, a yoga mat, blanket and cushion.
